2024年7月1日，我公司总经理柳凯随同中国企业家代表团访问哈萨克斯坦并出席中哈企业家委员会第七次会议。中哈企业家委员会由中国贸促会与萨姆鲁克—卡森纳国家基金于2013 年共同发起成立，是中国同中亚国家建立的首个双边工商界合作机制。委员会会议迄今已成功举办六届，成为中 哈层次最高、影响最广的定期盛会，获得中哈政经界和工商界的高度认可。
On July 1, 2024, Liu Kai, General Manager of our company, visited Kazakhstan as part of the Chinese Entrepreneur Delegation and attended the 7th Meeting of the China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee.Co-initiated by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Samruk-Kazyna National Wealth Fund in 2013, the China-Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs Committee is the first bilateral business cooperation mechanism established between China and a Central Asian country.Having successfully held six sessions to date, the Committee’s meetings have become the highest-level and most influential regular event between China and Kazakhstan, winning high recognition from political, economic and business circles of both countries.
哈萨克斯坦是中亚大国，经济总量位居中亚首位。其石油和矿产资源丰富，支柱产业主要有采矿业、石油工业和农牧业。近年来，哈国加快经济转型，可再生能源、智慧农业、新能源汽车、人工智能等领域吸引投资力度强，发展潜力大。作为共建“一带一路”的首倡之地，两国关系和各领域合作焕发强大生机与活力。中哈贸易高歌猛进，贸易额屡创新高，中国已成为哈萨克斯坦第一大贸易伙伴。
Kazakhstan is a major country in Central Asia and ranks first in the region in terms of economic aggregate. Endowed with abundant oil and mineral resources, its pillar industries mainly include mining, petroleum industry, animal husbandry and agriculture. In recent years, Kazakhstan has accelerated its economic transformation, and fields such as renewable energy, smart agriculture, new energy vehicles and artificial intelligence have seen strong investment attraction and great development potential. As the birthplace of the proposal for jointly building the “Belt and Road”, the relations between the two countries and cooperation in various fields have radiated strong vitality and vigor. China-Kazakhstan trade has forged ahead triumphantly, with trade volume hitting record highs, and China has become Kazakhstan’s largest trading partner.

Almaty was the second stop of the Chinese Entrepreneur Delegation.
At 4 p.m. on July 3, the delegation visited the industrial park in Almaty and held talks and exchanges with the director of the park.

7月4日下午14:00代表团出席了哈萨克斯坦法律投资环境交流会。本次交流会由专业的律师讲解哈萨克斯坦营商环境、税收政策、AIFC注册和运营公司的政策，以及在哈办企业需要注意的法律法规问题，IT行业的风险投资等。
7月5日下午我公司总经理柳凯拜访了哈塞克斯坦国立研究技术大学的首席技术官ИCMAИЛOBпаниЯр валерьевиЧ博士和ИCMAИЛOB国际商务负责人。
At 14:00 on July 4, the delegation attended the Seminar on Kazakhstan’s Legal and Investment Environment. At this seminar, professional lawyers explained Kazakhstan’s business environment, tax policies, policies on the registration and operation of companies in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), legal and regulatory issues that need to be noted when establishing enterprises in Kazakhstan, and venture capital in the IT industry, among other topics.
On the afternoon of July 5, Liu Kai, General Manager of our company, paid a visit to Dr. Paniyar Valeryevich Ismailov, Chief Technology Officer of the National Research Technical University of Kazakhstan, and the person in charge of international business at Ismailov (Institution/Enterprise, specific name to be confirmed).
